I am back and in a space that makes me feel ALIVE AND WELL.
is a place I have worked closely with since I began Confidence Circuit and is a community I have found alignment with.
Sean (founder), the team and I, have discovered harmony in our values…to provide a safe space for people of all ages, abilities and walks of life, to move together, to fuel and sleep well, whilst finding balance between high energy, rejuvenating classes to slow, restorative work for the body and mind.

We showed up, we sweated, we flowed 🌿✨
GridFit circuits, yoga & meditation, with the most beautiful refreshments from 🥤Sweat & Bloom’s first session was everything.
The energy in that room was something special. You had to be there 👀🌸
