Tai Chi Kung Fu Centre presents a special edition of Street Symphony Tai Chi – featuring friendly taster sessions of Tai Chi and Health Qigong with Master Chen Dejia Jamal

Experience the benefits of traditional Chinese wellness and discover how these time-honoured practices can help improve your overall wellbeing.

All abilities welcome! Whether you're a complete beginner or have previous experience, come along and enjoy these taster sessions.

Chinese Health Qigong:
Chinese Health Qigong is designed to help improve posture, balance, flexibility, coordination and circulation while reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm and inner wellbeing. This session combines gentle, flowing movements with natural breathing and mindful relaxation.

Chen Tai Chi:
Discover the art of Tai Chi, often described as "meditation in motion." Through slow, controlled movements, you will begin to develop better balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and body awareness.

Tai Chi Fan Play
Experience the beauty and elegance of Tai Chi Fan Play, where graceful tai chi movements are combined with the use of a traditional Chinese fan. This session helps improve coordination, timing, posture, flexibility, concentration and rhythm while celebrating a unique aspect of Chinese martial arts and culture.
