September is just around the corner so I'm back to teaching!

When you go to a yoga class in the end of the day….
I may know exactly the day my heart got broken the first time into a thousand pieces. I know the soundtrack, I remember the feeling. The cold, the warmth, the pain. Falling to the floor.
That might have been the first time i really understood the grief of losing someone whilst we are all still alive.
The grief of love. The art of losing.
Looking back - how ridiculous are we, when we have a broken heart?
The art of picking those little pieces back, bringing them together. Creating another you, a different one, as if the first one wasn’t good enough.
But that’s the issue right? We feel like we need to create ourselves - portrait something, thrive to be. No mam, f*ck it.
You don’t need to create yourself, you need to rediscover who you are, the aftermath of your previous life.
Be proud of where you are. It took a lot to get here ❤️✨

We have closed this door for good.
I wish I could say it was the happiest 5 years of our life’s, but behind this doors I thought I lost Dylan, and funnily enough after, the stroke I think that’s actually where I found him. The most amazing person ever.
I started teaching whilst living here, our family grew & I’ve met the most amazing people with my classes, neighbours and in between.
It’s not luck, it’s absolute hard work. But I am lucky to have crossed paths with some amazing people, that their love amazes me everyday… that’s why we keep saying most of yoga is outside of the mat.
It’s how you live & the mark you leave on earth.
Because of closing this door, I will be back teaching in September, I need to settle, I need to step back and know where we are going from here.
