Throw back 11 years today at 2015 world championships in Las Vegas.

This was the semi finals match and I was bricking it for this one as my opponent was coming off a head kick KO.

I won the fight with a standing guillotine in the 1st round and learnt a big lesson that day which was to feel the fear but do it anyway.

I then went on to fight in the final and came up short. But looking back, four fights in one week against some of the best amateur talent in the world was invaluable experience and I took away lessons that have stayed with me to this day.
