This year I’ve supported 46 runners through marathon prep 🏃♂️
And it was never just about fixing pain.
It was about giving people a plan, confidence, guidance, and support all the way to the start line — and ultimately the finish line too.
Every injury had a story behind it. Training load, recovery, strength, stress, consistency. My job wasn’t just to treat symptoms, but to help runners understand their bodies, trust the process, and keep moving forward.
Seeing athletes go from “I don’t think I’ll make race day” to feeling strong and prepared is the best part of what I do

This is Sian. 🏃♀️
After developing ITB pain during marathon training, poor management and ongoing setbacks left her out of running for over a year.
Pain was only part of the problem.
Confidence dropped.
Trust in her body disappeared.
Fear of re-injury took over.
So we took a different approach.

✔️ Identified key capacity deficits
✔️ Built a structured rehab + S&C plan
✔️ Progressively rebuilt strength, resilience, and confidence
Three weeks later, Sian was back running.
