At Burnage Community Wrestling Club, we don’t just teach wrestling β€” we build complete athletes.

We use other sports like gymnastics to help our young girls and boys develop the fundamentals they need to succeed in both freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling.
Gymnastics helps improve:

β€’ Flexibility
β€’ Balance
β€’ Agility
β€’ Coordination
β€’ Body control
By practicing basic gymnastics techniques, our wrestlers become stronger, more confident, and better prepared on the mat.
Strong basics create strong wrestlers.
