If I had a pound for every time I spoke to a woman about her goals and she said “I want to lose weight”

And then we dig deeper

She wants to be stronger
Have some tone
Look like she trains

SURE some of that will come from changing scale weight

But you can look completely different and not see a number thats super different on the scales

These videos? No real change in weight
But a whole different change in body comp (and fitness but thats for another day)

If you stress less about the number on the scales and more about what you lift
The way you perform
How your clothes fit

I guarantee you’ll be happier

After all - that one number can change day to day

This one’s for my impatient gals… Because if there’s one thing I’ve learnt in over a decade of coaching hundreds of women it’s that we all want results yesterday BUT the real magic comes from sticking at it even when you can’t see the result. Because fat loss doesn’t happen overnight, muscle takes a while to build and you won’t stop evening snacking because you distracted yourself ONCE. You don’t need a calorie drop if you haven’t lost weight one day and you definitely shouldn’t give up if you’ve only stuck to your diet for 5 days… Be patient. Stick it out.. it’s what we teach inside the SWC and it’s what gets my girls the results they’ve always dreamed of 💌

Well, that’s the heatwave done so no excuses this week about not getting our steps in - okay?!
