BOXING SCOTLAND are delighted to announce that we are partnering with Doonhamers Amateur Boxing Club to help deliver the 2026 Robert Burns Box Cup – with entries now open!

The National Governing Body will be handling all entries and payments for the Box Cup, which will be held in Dumfries in September 2026.

This will be the fourth Box Cup Boxing Scotland have supported this calendar year, following successful editions of the Caledonia Box Cup, King of the North Box Cup and the Beath Box Cup.

The Robert Burns Box Cup will be both a Development and an Open Class competition, ranging from School boxers born 2015 to Junior boxers born 2010.

DATE; Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September 2026.

VENUE; Easterbrook Hall, Crichton Campus, Bankend Road, Dumfries, DG1 4TA.

AGE CATEGORIES; From Schools 2015 to Junior 2010.

EXPERIENCE CATEGORIES; Development (0-6 bouts) section and Open Class section.

The Box Cup is only open for boxers and clubs who are affiliated with a recognised National Governing Body (ie Boxing Scotland/England Boxing/Welsh Boxing/Boxing Ireland etc) for the 2026/27 season.
