This is exactly what clubs should be doing and would never have happened without supporters organising to make their voices heard in recent years.
Great work from all supporters and groups who got involved in demanding the club do better, thank you to all🤝
HOWEVER
Still lots more City need to get right, and the devil is always in the detail, so will be keen to see how it plays out in reality - and most importantly, what the next steps are!
But above all, it shows exactly why supporters should demand better.
