Tonight, our class is back, and we’re thrilled to welcome all of you back to the mat.

Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or new to the practice, tonight’s session is set to be both refreshing and enjoyable. We’ll concentrate on refining our techniques, enhancing our strength, and achieving balance, both physically and mentally.

Keep in mind that gradings are approaching, and if you've been informed that you’re eligible to grade, it’s essential to focus on your Ju Jitsu techniques.
