MEAL PREP: ONE POT CHEESY BBQ HUNTER’S CHICKEN BAKE 🤤🧀👩🏻‍🍳

This was tooooo good! Who knew meal prep could be this tasty?

Ingredients: per serving (I have made 4 here)

150g chicken breast (diced)
1 slice thick cut bacon (diced)
50g basmati uncooked rice
25g peppers (I use frozen to save time)
10g onion
100ml chicken gravy (or chicken stock)
20g bbq sauce (more on top of required)
15g shredded cheese

Method:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius
In glass OVEN PROOF meal prep containers (link in my amazon storefront) add your rice, chicken, bacon, peppers, onion, bbq sauce, stock and stir together.
Then sprinkle on cheese and pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked
Eat or cool and store in the fridge for 3 days or freezer for one month.
Make sure meal is thoroughly re-heated before eating.

Macros:
526 calories
53g protein

(Add 14 extra cals for 10g bbq sauce on top)
