Last Sunday brought the bowling season to an end at St Margaret’s BC with a social event. We hope that you all winter well and for those of you not on the Christmas lunch, see you next year!

Last game of the season for the Radcliffe and Prestwich team on Tuesday. Three winners needed from eight against Dobbies to guarantee third place.

It always feels like the bowling season is getting close at St Margaret's when we have our AGM. That was held last night and rounded off another fantastic year of effort by the committee. Onwards with a new season and congratulations and best wishes to Mark Gale, who was appointed our new club President last night.

The Salford League team maintained their 100% record for the season with a 9-3 home win against our friends from Hollins Village last night. This evening sees us welcome our neighbours from Prestwich Bowling Club in the Prestwich League. Match starts at 7pm

Tuesday evening saw the team continuing their defence of the Salford League championship with a 12-2 away win at Hollins, which puts us in first place after two matches. Well done team!
