Footwork toes on the reformer. Incorrect and correct foot position. Incorrect - Heels dropped, no connection through head of big toe or to centre line. Corrected position, heels lifted connecting to hips, pushing through head of big toe and heels pressing together engaging adductor muscles. Seems simple but so easy to forget! #1:1sessions

Loving the effect of my new mini magic circle on helping maintain leg alignment and feeling a much stronger connection of the feet to the hips whilst doing the short box series. This will help keep me injury free while running and improve my strength, stamina and speed.

Hi Everyone, my name is Dani, I have recently moved to Nunhead and am now offering private Pilates sessions from my home studio. The studio is equipped with a reformer, tower, chairs and barrels. Working with Jordan tonight on kneeling mermaid. Opening the hips, strengthening gluts and hamstrings, shoulder stability, spine mobility. Hoping to translate all this to a better swing on the golf course!
