I wasn't even trading today... but somehow I've still ended up at an All-Are Love wellness event 💚

I think it's official... I just can't keep away. 💛

Today I popped along as a customer and purchased some gorgeous hair serum from Katie Katie Sosa. I cant wait to use it 💚

The next event is Monday 31st August at The Irish Centre, Manchester.

Sometimes half an hour is good enough ☕📚

The rest of the family have wandered off to check out the pool, so I've very happily claimed a quiet corner with a cuppa and my Kindle.

I know some people love being busy every minute they're away, but I honestly love these little pockets of peace. A cuppa, a good book and a bit of sunshine... I'm happy. 💛

Now... the important question.
If someone gave you 30 minutes completely to yourself, how would you spend it?

Change of scenery this weekend

No big plans for me this weekend. Just dog walks, fresh air, a good book and hopefully a slice of cake somewhere along the way.

Sometimes doing "not very much" is exactly what's needed.

Hands up if you're the person who suddenly remembers teacher gifts the night before the last day of school...

This feels like the start of a whole new adventure, and I can't wait to see where it leads.

🐝 Did you know there are three types of honey bee in a hive? 🐝

👑 One Queen
The queen is the only bee that lays eggs and is the mother of the entire colony.

🐝 Hundreds of Drones
Drones are the male bees. Their main role is to mate with a young queen from another hive.

🐝Thousands of Worker Bees
Worker bees are all female. They do everything from collecting nectar and pollen to caring for the young, building the honeycomb, guarding the hive and making honey.
