Growing up I had an unhealthy relationship with food. I went through periods where I would follow rigid diets and times where I would comfort eat and live off convenience food. My battle with food had many negative co
nsequences, not only on my weight but my mental health and energy levels. I reached a point where I knew I needed to make some changes, and began working out with personal trainers and hired a nutritionist. The right nutrition and regular exercise quickly transformed my attitude towards food and my motivation towards life. Inspired by my own results I qualified as a Personal Trainer & studied Nutrition & Health Coaching, and launched Louise Nia Lifestyle Coach. My mission is to help other women improve their relationship with food, and eat in a way that supports their health and energy levels. As well as offering 1-1 health coaching support, I have set up a FREE online Facebook community for women The Lifestyle Lounge.
