Are you ready?? 😄

Our coached sessions start again this week! 🎉

We have:

💚Tuesday run training - 7pm @ Screwfix. There will be a base training set for experienced runners and also a Couch to 5k session for those wanting to start or get back into running. Both sets will be done at your own pace and everyone is welcome! 🏃‍♀️

💚Wednesday swim coaching - toes in the water at 8pm @ Malvern Active

💚Strength and Conditioning - Mon - Fri 6:30am live via Zoom for the early birds 🐦 and on record for the night owls🦉 There is also a live 45 min face to face session at Bill & Jan’s studio on Thurs at 18:00 💪🏻

💚Monday spin resumes in October as do the monthly 5/10k runs 😄

Members please book in on the SportMember App for running and swimming to secure your place and so the coaches can plan for who is coming 👍🏻👍🏻

Non-members can enjoy up to 3 taster sessions at members rates before needing to join, so why don’t you give us a Tri ??

He took on the almighty Race to the Stones, a 100K Ultra along Britains oldest path, a 5000-year-old ridgeway.

Some split this across two days - not Damo!

New recruit Matthew Taylor took on his very first triathlon this weekend at Upton upon Severn!

After 10 months of dedicated training, this race was a major goal for Matt this year — and he absolutely smashed it, all with a huge smile on his face. Even more impressively, he completed his first ever open water swim just last week!

Rupert took on the challenge alongside his daughter, and we think you’ll agree he looks proud as punch crossing that finish line.

Rupert is one of the dedicated team members heading to Estonia later this year to represent at Ironman Tallinn, and we couldn’t be prouder of his achievements both on and off the course.
