Late Summer Seasonal Yoga class starting next week 🌻🌱🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
Join me each Thursday at 7.30pm with a gorgeous group for a grounding late summer vinyasa flow and meditation United Reform Church We will be focusing on the earth element so lots of grounding postures and flows.
This is a class welcome to all, mats and equipment are provided with a cosy setting giving you the space to leave feeling totally calm and restored.

Weekly Seasonal Yoga class for all levels ☀️

Gift yourself a little time each week to relax and re-find yourself in the most lovely space at the United Reformed Church 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

We incorporate breathwork, vinyasa flows, yin yoga and meditation all depending on the season.

You can block book or come weekly and stay for a cuppa or soft drink afterwards if you like
