Under 14 end of season fun day at The Gallagher.
A fun day in the sun for all the squad following a challenging but successful season.
Great to see so many of the lads, past and present playing with smiles on their faces 😀

This morning Wateringbury U13 Boys ended their season securing promotion to the B League for their U14’s Season.

A lot of effort, hard work & determination from all involved, but ultimately credit goes to the lads for delivering some great performances and the results to achieve promotion.

Now it’s time to enjoy the moment and the summer break before it all starts again! - James I ( Coach U13’s) 💙⚽️

‘’Under 14s managed to grind out back to back wins against 2nd and 3rd placed teams to keep our place in the A league next season.

Wateringbury U13 Boys were in action this weekend with an away fixture to Heathfield & Horam Hawks in the 2nd Round of the C&DJFL Knock Out Cup.

This match was in everyway a Cup game with the lads showing true determination coming back from being 2-0 down at half time and 3-1 down early in the 2nd half to a Full Time Score of 3-3 taking the match to Extra Time.

Extra Time proved to be real end to end stuff with missed opportunities for both teams but with 2 minutes left on the clock in the 2nd period of Extra Time Wateringbury managed to score what turned out to be the decisive goal winning the match 4-3.

A hard fought match by two teams that played some great football.
