Can I advise a very busy day at the lakes today with parking all taken would you please walk in or park outside at the moment

Whilst doing some work on the lakes tonight we find a dead barbel appears to have died today please can you give them time to rest in the net especially in this weather as can be quite delicate. On a lighter note tackle sale next weekend please make sure you bring cash as not easy to use other methods at the lake

Some good weights today lady and gentlemen. Hope you all survived the heat. It was hot enough in Canterbury were i was, but at least I could move about and get in the shade. So it would of been very uncomfortable for a few of you, especially Derek on peg 3. Full sun all day, not nice.
Let's hope for some cooler weather next month.

Could members please let us know what this is a picture of?
We thought we had one of the cleanest toilets on site. But it seems that a few members don't like using it, they would rather use the bank behind them or the next swim.
We have had comments from members that certain pegs smell a bit funky, we certainly notice it when we walk round. Quite a few members now have been told to use the toilet, but this evening I Walk through the gate and see yet another member with his member in his hand urinating directly behind his peg. He was only a 30 second walk away from the toilet.

WE WILL START TO NAME AND SHAME PEOPLE IF WE CATCH YOU FROM NOW ON.
