Our Club is located in Granville Road, Maidstone, ME14 2BJ, and is promoting the learning of the Traditional Chinese Martial Arts for relaxation, fitness, health, self-defence, and a better sense of well-being. The main theme for this informal session was to convey the basics of our Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan [Han Jin Yuan] and discuss their merit as applications with people who are very competent in other styles.
