It was a rare night tonight in the park as the boys outnumbered the girls!?

We covered 3 miles round the lake with some dumbbell work thrown in including a tasty 10-2 core section!

We’re also at that time of year now where we’ve lost the light by the end of the session! 😭😭😭

Great work all round - Andy will see you Saturday and Joanna is back for Powerwave Sunday!

A bodyweight bonanza tonight with a couple of short runs thrown in as well! 😉🤭

Plenty of partner core, some forward and backward sprints, a race to 100 twice and a short race to 50 too!

What’s brown and sticky……… a stick!

Great work tonight sticking it out despite the bugs!

We made a clean sweep of that session and if you took a pole I’m sure everyone would agree with such a sweeping statement!

Amelia is back on Saturday so let’s stick to the schedule and see you there!
