Achieving fat loss is harder than keeping it off.
And here's what I mean by that.
Too many people lose sight of staying on track with their fat loss goals because they feel like it's just going to be an ongoing forever journey whereby they have to live by restriction and dieting.
If you were actually in a calorie deficit and just continued this forever, you would eventually end up nothing more than a speck of dust (a few years down the line of course).
And what you have to remember is once you achieve your goal weight, you then get the luxury of increasing your intake and having more flexibility to maintain it.
Rather than continuing to be in a deficit.
As mentioned, if you continued this, you would soon be nothing more than some lonely dust particles.
So by realising that your diet phase does not last forever, this can be the sign to keep you focused for a structured period so that you can get to your goal weight quicker and then enjoy that flexibility to maintain the great achievement of the weight you've got to.
If you would like help getting to your goal weight without feeling like you're having to starve yourself then drop me a DM and I'm more than happy to show you how my clients have done just that for free.

Your workouts aren’t the problem.
I see it all the time.
Training 2-3 times a week, putting real effort in, eating “pretty healthy”, and the mirror hasn’t changed in 6 months.
Here’s the thing.
3 sessions a week is only 3 hours.
There are 168 hours in your week.
The other 165 are where your results are actually decided.
The meals, the weekends, the sleep, the beers with mates you didn’t plan for.
That’s exactly why one workout, or even one good week of workouts, will never change your trajectory on its own.
Online coaching works because it looks at the whole picture. Your training, your nutrition, your habits AND your social life, all pulling in the same direction. Nothing banned, everything planned.
Will trained the same amount before coaching as he did with me.
The difference was the system around those sessions.
20kg down and a completely different level of confidence.
If you’re tired of starting over every Monday, DM me “WEEK” and I’ll map out what managing your full week would actually look like for you.

I ❤️ working with people
People who prioritise their health
Who want to make a long lasting change that best supports them and their family
That’s exactly what Alfie has done.
11lbs down in 8 weeks
Here’s the thing about Alfie though
He was reasonably lean already. He knew his way around a gym pretty much like the back of his hand.
So why would someone like that need an online coach?
Because knowing how to train was never his problem.
The real challenge was organising his weeks.
His training, his nutrition, his family, work and social life, all pulling in the same direction so the results actually show up.
That stuff is 100x more important than just following a gym session.
Together, we got the balance right.
You can eat the same amount of food and still lose weight
We all want to be satisfied with the amount of food we are eating don’t we?
So whether your goal is to lose fat and feel “full” whilst doing it
Or not having to feel sick from force feeding yourself in a bulking phase
If you make the correct decision with the foods you are consuming you can actually eat similar quantities of food
swapping calorie dense foods out for voluminous low calorie alternatives when in a fat loss phase
Or having to go for liquid calories, full fat options during a bulking phase
Smart choices will lead to easy adherence long term
Is it balance or are you hiding?
If you want to work your glutes rather than your back🍑
