Congratulations to every athlete selected to represent Kickboxing GB at the upcoming World and European Championships.

Earning your place on the team is the result of countless hours of training, discipline and commitment. You have earned the opportunity to wear the GB badge, and we couldn’t be prouder of every one of you.

A huge thank you as well to everyone who attended this weekend’s Summer Camp. The effort, attitude and determination shown across every session was outstanding. Every athlete gave everything, pushed themselves and took another step forward in their preparation.

The hard work continues over the coming weeks as we build towards the Children’s and Juniors’ Championships in September, followed by the Adult Championships in November.

As the current World and European Champions, we know the standard that’s expected. Keep training hard, keep improving and arrive ready to perform when it matters most.

Good luck to every athlete, coach and supporter. Let’s make Team GB proud and bring home another haul of World and European medals.

218 fighters. One venue. One outstanding day of training.

Today we welcomed 218 fighters from across all disciplines to our Summer Camp, all pushing themselves to improve, learn and represent the values of Kickboxing GB.

A huge thank you to every athlete, coach and volunteer who made today such a success. The effort, attitude and standard on display were first class.

Get some rest, recover well, and we’ll see you all tomorrow to do it all again.

As temperatures rise across the UK, hydration becomes much more than just a welfare issue—it becomes a performance issue.

Sports science shows that losing as little as 2% of your body weight through dehydration can reduce endurance, slow reaction time, impair decision-making and reduce explosive performance. In a sport where fractions of a second and split-second decisions matter, that can be the difference between winning and losing.

With the Kickboxing GB Summer Camp just around the corner, athletes and coaches should arrive with hydration as part of their performance plan—not as an afterthought.

💧 Hydrate before you arrive.
⚖️ Monitor body weight before and after training.
🥤 Replace fluids and electrolytes throughout the day.
🧠 Remember that good hydration supports both performance and athlete safety.

The athletes who perform best are often the ones who consistently get the basics right. Skill, fitness and tactics matter—but they can all be undermined by poor hydration.

Let’s make this Summer Camp an opportunity to build world-class habits, not just world-class fighters.

Prepare. Perform. Protect.

The highs. The lows. The moments in between.

The World and European Championships are a rollercoaster.

The nerves before the first fight.
The relief when it’s over.
The celebrations.
The heartbreak.
The teammates who become family.
The moments you’ll talk about for years.

20 photographs. 20 moments. Each one telling a different part of the story.

And in just 71 days, we do it all again. 🇬🇧

What’s your favourite memory from a World or European Championships?

It doesn’t have to be a medal. It could be a fight, a teammate, a coach, a celebration, a disaster that’s funny now… anything.
