Starting 14th October at 6.45pm at the Corris Institute.
Pad work, skipping and box circuits included.
£4 per session

Putting the feelers out to see if theres enough interest in starting up the boxfitness class again now the summer holidays are over. Depending on numbers will probably be back in the corris institute on a friday evening at 7pm but if people prefer a different day and the halls available then im flexible.
