What to expect?
✨ A restorative Reformer Stretch class by candlelight, focusing on releasing tension, increasing flexibility and improving posture.
✨ After your class, you’ll get a glass of fizz and a savoury and sweet treat by
✨ Followed by a skincare routine masterclass from Amy, founder of , including live demos and facial massage techniques.
✨ Everyone will take home a BASE 5 Minute Kit (worth £179) so you can put all of Amy’s tips and tricks into practice!
