We are incredibly proud that this week our staff, from all departments, have now received their qualification in 'Emergency First Aid at Work' delivered by Mini First Aid Warwickshire, Coventry, Tamworth & Lutterworth

Judith, the instructor, was very knowledgeable and really kept the energy going as we all learned how to deal with choking, applying bandages, the recovery position, CPR, defib training and much more.

We all hope that we never have to use our newly acquired skills but are now confident in looking after our members, guests and visitors should the need arise.

At the beginning of mental health awareness week we thought to share the message that Leicester Tigers promoted about the importance of mental wellbeing.
