⛺️ Another amazing summer of camps complete, but so much of what makes them possible happens behind the scenes.

❤️A huge thank you to the school admin and site teams who welcome us in, Energise Luton for supporting our HAF camps, Zoe Fenn Catering for preparing and delivering 600 meals, and our brilliant coaches who arrive early every day to make sure everything is ready for the children.

☀️ And most importantly, thank you to every family who booked with us this summer. Your continued support allows us to keep growing, improving and doing what we love.

👏 As the summer holidays come to an end, we just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has been part of Think Sport this summer at camp! 🙌

⛺️Through our all or our camps, the event days we hosted as part of our camp programme, across 9 different sites, it’s been a summer packed with football, multi-sports, games, competitions, laughter, new friendships and plenty of unforgettable moments!

❤️A huge thank you to all the children who joined us, the parents who trusted us, and the schools, clubs and venues who worked with us throughout the summer.

🤩We’ve loved seeing so many familiar faces return, as well as welcoming lots of new ones, we hope everyone has had as much fun as we have!

🔴It’s been another action-packed day working alongside Stockwood Park Rugby Club!

🟡Coaches Lee & Lewis were at St George’s Square, promoting the club and sharing information about the exciting sessions coming up.

🔴Meanwhile, Coaches Jonny & Evie were delivering another fantastic day at our Stockwood Park Rugby Camp!

🟡We’re delighted to be working alongside such a brilliant local club that shares our aims and vision in getting as many young people as possible active, involved in sport and part of a team and community, while helping create a lifelong passion for sport.

🔴In just over a week, thousands of primary school pupils will have the opportunity to experience rugby through their PE lessons. We can’t wait!

👀 A lot goes on behind the scenes at Think Sport that we rarely get the chance to document!

While our coaching team have been delivering another brilliant week of summer camps, our management team have been flat out preparing for the 2026/27 academic year.

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 & 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬�A follow-up meeting to make sure our Bookings and Operations Managers understand every step required for a smooth transition later this year. We’re also exploring how we can get even more from our platform to make things simpler and better for our customers.

📍 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩, 𝐀𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥�A brilliant space to get our management team together to discuss operations, staff development, future plans and put clear timelines in place for the year ahead.

🤝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭�Meeting new candidates who could become part of our coaching team. We’ve conducted hundreds of interviews over the years, but finding the right person remains just as important. Skills matter, but so does finding people who fit our culture, standards and team.

🏊‍♂️ 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 – 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐨𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥�A big milestone for Swim! Up to Birmingham to collect the pool and resources, back down the M6 & M1, and then all hands on deck to complete our first pool build at Cutenhoe Primary School.

👕 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐞 – 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐊𝐢𝐭�New staff kit orders collected and ready for September. Looking the part and ready for a new academic year!

☀️ And all of that while our summer camps continue running!

⏰ There’s a huge amount happening behind the scenes right now from new systems, new projects, new staff, new kit and Swim:Ed coming to life.

💦 Our very first Swim pool build couldn’t have gone any better!

Alongside Aspire Active Education and their expertise in building the pool, we had our two talented Swim coaches and members of the Think Sport management team on hand to build, transport, set up and support the installation.

👏 A huge team effort and an exciting milestone for Swim!

🌊 We’re now ready to make waves at Cutenhoe Primary School this half term, giving pupils the opportunity to develop their swimming ability, water confidence and essential water-safety skills.
