You’ve found yourself in a tricky spot behind the flowers.
Do you:
🏌️Play it safe – chip out to the right and get yourself back onto the fairway.
🎯 Take on the challenge – try and thread it through the gap under the branches and over the dead tree and try to get further down the fairway.

First-tee nerves? We’ve all been there 👀
If you’ve never played the main course at Stockwood Park Golf Centre, here’s what you can expect from the opening hole.

Stroke Index 9 | Whites • Yellows • Reds

There’s some room off the tee, but with the trees lining both sides of the fairway, accuracy is still important. The dogleg right can suit a fader of the ball, helping you work the ball around the corner and set yourself up for your next shot.

There’s a bunker in the middle of the fairway too – but it’s not necessarily a bad place to be, as it can help stop the ball running into the trees.
