I am so sorry but due to work commitments there will be no more FitSteps class in Brownlow House on Tuesday evenings. I couldn't have wished for a lovelier group of ladies and I'll miss you all very much. Thanks also to Robert and Neil who made the beautiful ballroom available to us every week š
Happy New Year ladies! Unfortunately I'm off with flu at the minute š¤§ so there will be no class tomorrow evening. We will be back next Tuesday as usual.
