This Giant Defy came in this very morning following a detonation of the rear tyre when faced with a pot hole. We keep tubeless tyres from both Schwalbe and Continental in stock in all the popular sizes & today I’ve reset up the tyres, fitted new valves added fresh sealant.
I also waxed this and a second rotation chain with MSpeed wax which is another service we can do super efficiently when needed.

This Orro Ventura came in because following a DIY attempt at fitting brake pads the wheel became difficult to turn.
I reset the pistons, put fresh Dot fluid in the system, cleaned the disc rotor, set everything and torqued it all up (disc rotor, caliper mount, wheel axle)
Along the way i noticed the freshly fitted front tyre rotating the wrong way round so turned that round and that allowed me to line the logo with the valve.
All sorted for an event tomorrow.

What’s a result! This cervelo is a regular.
unfortunately after a mishap the bike was creaking and on inspection I realised the forks had fractured around the quill design. After a lot of effort the rider managed to get some replacements but not the right colour & local paint shop sorted the Chameleon paint work & it’s an amazing match,
Well done to them & the owner for perseverance to get this gem rolling again.

This Giant TCR came in following fall, the wrench in the bars damaged the steerer tube of the forks so we had to lower the bars slightly. Normally a slightly more angled stem would rectify the difference but the steerer tube is Giants overdrive 2 pretty much ALL steerers/stems are 1 1/8 but this one’s 1 1/4 limiting stem options to hens teeth.
A compromise to keeping the bike rolling but with new brake calliper, cable, hood covers, name plate and bar tape you’d never know! Speedy recovery to the rider.

This Rocket ship was in for preparations for Ironman Wales. Ironman wales was the last full distance race I myself did, so holds a special place in my heart for any bike in for the event. This one was lots of details and adjustments to get the bike riding just that extra bit special on the day.
