Karen and Mike would like to welcome you to LETS JIVE in LOUTH
Karen and Mike have more years than they would like to mention dancing Ballroom, Latin, Argentine Tango and of course Jive with their respective partners. They came together to form LETS JIVE in LOUTH a dedicated dance class for traditional Rock n Roll Jive. Karen and Mike are both qualified dance teachers associated with the United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Dance Teachers (UKA) and affiliated to the GB Dance School (Louth). LETS JIVE in LOUTH offers weekly Jive classes for absolute beginners or advanced dancers. The classes are kept purposely small so the tuition is targeted at the individual virtually on a one to one basis, allowing you to move an at your own pace. All classes are held in a welcoming friendly atmosphere guaranteeing that our students progress very quickly and socialise with their fellow jivers. Karen and Mike, in addition to the weekly classes also provide a monthly Jive Social on a Friday, featuring a great play list to Jive to. The Social Night is a perfect environment for practicing your moves or getting some extra tuition for the ones you may have forgotten, or learning something new. Alternatively just sit back have a drink with friends and enjoy the music. Several times a year Charity Functions are held in conjunction with the Mayfair Rock n Roll Club (Louth), Live Bands and our own specialist DJ (Jukebox Jordon) perform. All of the proceeds from our functions go to our adopted charities St. Barnabas Hospice and Pancreatic Cancer Action.
