First played in 1969, The Rock has welcomed many of the country's finest amateur golfers over the years, including Lee Westwood, Paul Broadhurst, Gary Wolstenholme, Dave Gibson, Simon Wakefield, Paul Dixon, Coby Cartwright, Oliver Wilson, Martin Anderson, Tom Roberts, Jack Brooks and Scott Wormleighton.

The countdown is on! We're looking forward to welcoming everyone to this year's Captain's Day on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th June.

Join us for what promises to be a fantastic couple of days of golf, great company, and plenty of entertainment.

On Sunday, Lingdale and Charnwood Forest Juniors took part in a friendly match, with the format based on the combined total of the best three stableford scores from each team.

There was some fantastic golf on display from both sides, with Charnwood Forest narrowly edging out Lingdale by just two points, finishing with a winning total of 90 points.

Well done to both teams for a brilliant afternoon of golf. There are definitely some talented young golfers in the making and the future looks very bright for both clubs with both clubs looking toward to the return match!

⛳️We were very lucky to have been invited to their fundraiser last month which raised an incredible £655 to support our work here at The Bridge.⛳️

🥰We're proud to be part of such a wonderful community, and to be supported by incredible people who want to make a difference!🥰

Charnwood scratch team played a crucial 3rd match in league last night away to Willesley park. Great news is a 3.5 v 2.5 win, this puts Charnwood Forest top of the league and a great chance of promotion to the heights of Div 2. Birstall away match next on Thursday 4th June, any support hugely welcome.
