Getlow is on today 11am Fearon Hall. Please drink lots of water and take rests as needed. And no judgement if it’s too hot for you!

A delicious and affordable coffee, time to read a chapter in a friendly space and looking forward to seeing everyone at 11 for our Getlow dance class. The weekend has begun! Fridays Fearon Hall.

Due to high temperatures tomorrow we won’t have our class 😢 but can still meet for a drink and chat at Fearon Hall at 11 😊

I’m off the following 2 weeks for my holiday in Scotland but look forward to seeing you all on my return.

This class is still the highlight of my week and I will really miss seeing you all. Thank you for making it so special and fun.
