More race results from last weekend ππΌπ΄πΌππ»π₯
won a local triathlon in Guernsey, another great performance, backing up his win in Jersey a few weeks ago and top 10 finish at the Island Games πͺπΌ
George Duncan finished 3rd in his age group at the Triathlon Scotland Beastie Triathlon! An impressive performance after struggling with COVID a few weeks ago π«‘
finished 1st in his age group at the Salford Triathlon, beating his previous time by over 5 minutes (even though the course was longer than last year) π«±π»βπ«²πΌ
Kinetic Coaching squad bringing in some big results π

Pro Series debut for a couple of weeks ago in Swansea! Unfortunately the end result was a DNF, however with a small ni**le leading into the race the run was always going to be a hit or miss.
Some huge positives to take away:
β’ Best ever swim performance (only 50 seconds down from the leaders out the water).
β’ Strong first half of the bike after a tough non wetsuit swim, riding ahead of some of the race favourites π«±π»βπ«²πΌ
Everything is moving in the right direction and with more experience and pain free running there are some big results just around the corner πͺπΌ

Excellent weekend for and at the Orkney Island Games! Ethan finished in a very impressive 7th place and the Guernsey team got a bronze medal π₯
Ethan has worked very hard over the last couple of months, specifically focusing on developing his bike strength. He finished the standard distance triathlon (on a very hilly course) in 2:09, which is over 5 minutes faster than he has ever completed the distance previously πͺπΌ
Tomorrow he competes again in the half marathon on the final day of the Island Games, letβs go Ethan π₯

Tomorrow he competes in the Island Games in Orkney for Guernsey in the triathlon event πͺπΌππ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ

Huge ride from last weekend winning the Ross on Wye 25 mile TT π Jeremy finished in a time of 46:30, averaging 52kph (some of the top cyclists in the world would be struggling to keep up with that pace) π€―
Watch out for him tomorrow at 70.3 Swansea Pro Series! At 20 years old this is a great opportunity for Jeremy to race against some of the best guys on the circuit and learn a lot for future races πͺπΌ You can catch all the action live on Ironmanβs YouTube channel from 06:30 π¬π§π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ
