🎯 Week 7 Match Report and Results

Week 7 at The Sportsman Pub produced another excellent night of darts in The Dart Scene Ltd. Premier League, with high averages, dominant victories, and some important shifts in the league table as the season continues to gather momentum.

At the top, Tony Booth strengthened his position as league leader with the performance of the night, producing a superb 72.00 average on his way to an emphatic 8-0 victory. The result extends Booth's lead at the summit to 54 points, keeping him firmly in control of the title race.

The chasing pack remains competitive, with Tony Glover maintaining second place after a convincing 7-1 win, while Pete Fitzpatrick was one of the week's biggest movers. Fitzpatrick's impressive 7-1 success sees him climb into the top four and level on points with Glyn Williams, who was unavailable this week.

One of the standout performances came from David Doherty, who enjoyed a perfect evening with two victories. Doherty followed up a 6-2 win with another strong performance to continue his rapid rise up the table. Despite having played fewer matches than many around him, he has now climbed into the top half and is quickly becoming one of the league's form players.

🔥 Player of the Week Lee Draper stole the headlines with a ruthless 8-0 whitewash, including the Leg of the Week with a brilliant 13-dart finish. An outstanding display from start to finish.

🏆 Highest Checkout of the Week
While there was certainly no shortage of quality in the 100 plus checkout category, with eight ton-plus finishes recorded across the night, it was Tony Glover's outstanding 155 checkout that topped the charts and claimed the week's highest finish honours.
