Home games are played at Grange Park, the home of Long Eaton United Football Club.

The biggest well done to all of our Invaders for their hard work over the summer period and in pre-season friendly games.

Leagues have been finalised today for the 2026/2027 YEL Winter League following our three YEL seeding games over the last few weeks.

Sticking to the core team values of attitude, discipline, giving your best always, respect, hard work and to never stop improving,…. has put us in the best position we could ever be in!.👌

Well done Invaders, we are all super proud of what you have achieved…. again!!.. 👊

What a brilliant performance by the Invaders this weekend in our YEL 2026/2027 Gameday 2 fixture. Even more brilliant was having Miller Carter back between the sticks so soon after his pre-season hand injury.💪 🧤

The Invaders were at it from the first whistle, pressing high and pushing for goals very early on.

The Invaders took the lead after 5 minutes and continued to create chance after chance with some excellent football!… 👌

A very mature and composed performance, the opposition did pull a couple of goals back but the Invaders found another gear late on to see us through comfortably to the final whistle.

PotM for Gameday 2 was Charlie Roper. A boss performance playing with freedom all over the pitch, the cherry on the top with his well taken goal. Well done Charlie!!.. 🥇 👏

The Parents Player Trophy was awarded to Matthew Windler, a class performance at the back which enabled the Invaders to press high and cause problems all game long. Well done Matthew!. 🏆 👏

We will continue the hard work at training mid-week in preparation for YEL Gameday 3 next weekend down at Grange Park. 🏟️

The Invaders are back!, the YEL 2026/2027 season is now underway!.💪

The Invaders have had a very productive summer Holidays, plenty of game and beach time!.👌 🏖️

All of the Invaders have worked so hard over summer in preparation for our new season. Refuelled and ready to go!.

This is off the back of an incredible spring league and Filey trophy haul!.👌 🏆 🏆

This weekend showed that down at Grange Park, our season opener against a very tough Moorgreen Colts side.

A great game for the neutral!, end to end all game long and only a last minute goal deciding the tie.

Unfortunately the result didn’t go our way but did show us what the Invaders are all about with the teams we are now pitched against in the league for the upcoming season…💪

Working hard, always wanting to improve, respect and attitude…

The core values which all the Invaders have In abundance!!.👌

We roll our sleeves up and go again this weekend!.

That’s nearly a wrap on our YEL U10’s season, first stop was a trip to the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham on Saturday with the Invaders family to collect our Spring League Champions trophy!!.💪

Our Invaders Presentation this weekend will then conclude our very successful U10’s season!.👌

We did it!!.

YEL SAT SPRING LEAGUE CHAMPIONS!!… 🏆 💪🔵⚫️

The Invaders were incredible yesterday!. They all knew the task, stuck to the plan and the Invaders delivered on the pitch!. 👏

They dominated the first half, getting into a lead early on and adding to it as the game went on. The opposition did mount a comeback in the second half but the Invaders ran out worthy winners in the tie.

The game finished with a 4-3 win for the Long Eaton United Invaders to finish off the Spring League campaign!.

The whole team have worked so hard since Christmas, putting in the effort & graft in at training, carrying it though to matchday’s and delivering in every game of this Spring League campaign!. 👏

We are so proud of all of the Invaders!, a team of absolute legends who never give up!!..💪

Well done Invaders!!, Champions again!!.. 🏆

Captain for the game was Coen McGugan, top work in training during the week and earned the armband to lead the Invaders out for our last Spring League game. Well done Coen!!. 👏

PotM was a very tough one to choose but Miller Carter just edged it, outstanding in goal for the Invaders and played through the pain barrier with a wrist injury to help his teammates. What a player!, well done Miller!!.. 🥇 👏

The Parents Player trophy was awarded to Coen McGugan. An outstanding performance, silky skills and dominated in the fixture!.👌 Well done Coen!!. 🏆 👏

A well deserved trip to the YEL Awards in June for the Invaders family!.
