⛩️ Long Eaton Kickboxing ⛩️

We teach Japanese Freestyle kickboxing. Our style is made up of three distinct styles.

✅ Japanese Kickboxing
✅ Muay Thai
✅ Kyokushin Karate

We teach striking, clinch fighting, catching and sweeping techniques.

✅ Our grading syllabus is nationally recognised by both the UKSA and ASMAA.

Our classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.

Monday:
Kids Kickboxing 5-6pm
Adults Kickboxing 6-8pm

Wednesday:
Adults Kickboxing 7-9pm

Friday:
Adults Kickboxing 6-8pm

UK SHOOTBOXING SEMINAR 🥊🤼

Our next seminar is on Sunday October 11th 10-1pm at our home The Martial Arts Centre Long Eaton

As always we will be covering all areas of UK Shootboxing including striking, grappling and standing submissions.

Our seminars are free of charge and open to all styles and associations who would like to take part.

As always the seminar will feature several instructors covering techniques, combinations and strategies for 2 hours and then sparring together for the last hour under all UK Shootboxing class rulesets.
