Following the incredible success of our previous cohorts, we are thrilled to announce the return of our Recurve 5-Week Intermediate Course, starting Saturday, 6 June 2026!

Whether you’re looking to perfect your shot routine or finally understand the mechanics of your equipment, this course is designed to bridge the gap between practicing and competing.

🌟 Course Highlights (Designed by Olympian & Paralympic Coach Calvin Lee):
Shot Routine: Mastering consistency in every draw.
Advanced Shooting Technique: Fine-tuning your form for maximum precision.
Equipment Mastery: Gain essential knowledge about your bow.
Training Methods & Competition Rules: Prepare yourself for the upcoming tournament season.

📍 Where: Sports Hall, Downside Settlement
🕛 When: Every Saturday afternoon from 12.00pm (Starting 6 June)
👥 Size: Strictly limited to a maximum of 8 places for optimal coach-to-archer feedback.

Note: As per our usual club sessions, all participants are expected to lend a hand with the set up at the beginning of the session.

16 May (Sat) marked our very first step into mental coaching with our Introductory Sports Psychology Workshop. It was incredible to see our archers step off the shooting line and onto the mats to try something different.

From focus, refocusing and shifting focus to mental skills practicing , this short introductory session was all about building awareness of how our minds impact our arrows.

This is one-off workshop to gauge interest, but the positive vibes in the room spoke volumes. We are officially reviewing your feedback! If the data shows you loved it as much as we did, expect more introductory workshops on the horizon, alongside longer, in-depth courses designed for steady progression.

A huge thanks to our guest sport psychologist Dr Beatrice Schaer and every single participant who made our first run a success. Stay tuned—the future of our training calendar is in your hands! 🏹
