Kiran took the runners through specific exercises for performance and injury prevention, before heading next door for some well needed infrared saunas, ice baths and cryotherapy 😌

Meet Izzy! 👋
We are super excited to welcome our newest coach at Milo and the Bull Earlsfield. Having competed in Hyrox events, she’ll be ensuring you’ll be getting the most out of your classes and bringing a positive energy to your day!
Izzy says her favourite part of coaching is seeing people of all abilities test their limits in a supportive class environment (with great tunes, obviously!) 🕺
You can find Izzy every Tuesday evening in your 6pm and 7pm Strength classes 💪

Meet Issy! 👋
A mum, Exercise Science graduate, and trainer with over six years of industry experience. Issy has qualifications in Nutrition and pre- and postnatal exercise, alongside competing in multiple Hyrox events and achieving an Advanced ballet diploma.
She’s passionate about helping people of all abilities move well, get stronger, and most importantly enjoy training!
You can join Issy for Coar on Monday evenings and Strength on Thursday evenings 💪
