Torbay may only just be catching up to the Calisthenics scene, because for years I’ve been out here on my own! But, believe me we are growing and the girls are finding the joy, fun, strength and love of the sport… Excited for the future 💕

I see confidence being built.
I see fear being overcome.
I see another woman realising she’s stronger than she ever imagined.
And that’s worth celebrating every single time 🎉

This was one of the hardest skills for me to unlock, so I totally resonate with anyone on their bar muscle up journey, especially if you’re in your 40’s 😉
