💚 WHAT A DAY! 💚

Saturday was everything we hoped for and more! ☀️🎉 The sun was shining, the garden at The Moat, Wrotham looked fantastic, the outdoor kitchen was cooking up succulent burgers, the outdoor dining area was buzzing, live music was playing, and the atmosphere was amazing from start to finish.

It was brilliant seeing children running around, families and friends enjoying a drink and catching up, and businesses meeting and networking for the first time, all coming together for some light hearted fun while supporting a brilliant cause. 💚

A HUGE thank you to all our sponsors for supporting the day, and a special thank you to Paul Giles for providing the fantastic venue, the amazing outdoor setup, delicious burgers and refreshing drinks. 🍔🥤

Thank you to all our volunteers, entertainers, musicians and everyone who kindly donated raffle prizes. And of course, thank you to everyone who came along, bought tickets, entered the raffle, donated and supported us. ❤️

Most importantly, a massive thank you to Hospice in the Weald and their wonderful guest speakers.

Listening to their stories was incredibly humbling and reminded us all exactly why we were there, to support a charity that makes such a huge difference to so many people and their families.

It also reminded us to keep our loved ones close, cherish our families and make the most of every moment together. ❤️

With most tickets already sold, the venue set up and everything ready to go, the stage is set for a fantastic afternoon of family fun, great food, drinks, live entertainment, raffles, games and plenty of smiles, all while raising money for the amazing Hospice in the Weald. 💚

⚽️🌞 SummerSeries is a sporting events organisation dedicated to bringing communities together through sport.

We started SummerSeries with one simple goal: to give something back to our local community by encouraging adults to get active, enjoy sport, and reconnect with others.

This summer we've hosted several successful events, including charity fundraisers in support of an incredible local cause. Not only have we helped get people off the sofa and onto the pitch, but together we've also raised valuable funds while creating a fantastic community atmosphere.

The group stages got underway, and from the very first whistle, we knew we were in for an incredible day of football. 💪 The standard throughout the tournament was exceptionally high, with every team playing in great spirit.

Each group followed a double round-robin format, meaning every team played each of their group opponents twice, ensuring everyone enjoyed plenty of football throughout the day. 👏

⚽ Out Of Bale FC narrowly overcame an excellent Wondering Crows side.

In a closely contested final, MK Kongs edged the victory to lift the SummerSeries Trophy 2026, take home the £350 cash prize 💷, and be crowned our champions! 🏆🎉

🎉 What a fantastic way to kick off our SummerSeries Tournament!

✅ All 12 teams arrived on time, the sun was shining ☀️, and the atmosphere was buzzing from the very start. Everything was set up, organised, and registered smoothly, making for the perfect start to the day. 💙

☕ A huge thank you to Ceri and her The Petite Retreat Coffee Van, who kept everyone fuelled with amazing coffee, delicious pastries, and breakfast treats throughout the morning. 🥐🍰

🍔 A special thank you also goes to our food vendor and sponsor, Burger Buddies UK, for serving up their incredible food and supporting us throughout the day.
