Off the air, she’s a mother of four and an apple crumble fanatic. Sonia is also a voice over artist, communications trainer and public speaker, delivering nuggets of knowledge which you can watch here and on her YouTube channel. Her book, The Love List: Choose Your Partner, is a dating guide for women ages over age 35.
