Learning to be a good pad holder and training partner is just as important as learning the striking techniques in Muay Thai class. It’s physically demanding, constantly moving around, absorbing and pushing back against heavy blows, it’s a top skill, a real workout and part of becoming a complete fighter.

Sometimes motivation has its own way of finding you 😂 all you have to do is show up! Many of you will have seen and trained with in Muay Thai classes but we’re excited to see where the BJJ side quest takes him!
