Sunset Pilates at Lesnes Abbey Woods tonight π

As the sun dipped behind the ancient abbey ruins and golden light filtered through the trees, we moved, stretched and strengthened together. Surrounded by nature, fresh air and the peaceful energy of the woods, it was the perfect way to slow down, reconnect and end the day.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening of movement, mindfulness and community. Thereβs something truly special about practising Pilates as the sky changes colour and the day gently comes to a close.
