Even those who didn’t medal, I feel all the British athletes really represented themselves well, the likes of Samuel Bennett and Ebuka Nwokeji all showed that the potential is huge for them! I’m exciting to see the likes of them in 2027 and going into the LA 2028 games.

I’m seeing whispers online about the track game right now, is Great Britain really dominating Europe in track like that?🤭 we swept up the 100M titles (men and women) with Romell Glave and Amy Hunt winning the titles respectively. Not to forget Jeremiah Azu also won silver in the event. We have very strong favourites in the 200M to come with Amy Hunt looking really likely to win that title and Zharnel Hughes also a front runner for the men. We step up to the 400M now and we got Amber Anning and Matthew Hudson Smith who are also arguably very clear favourites to both win gold. Matt Hudson smith on paper is pretty clear of the rest of the field especially. Not to add also Yemi Mary John is a threat in the 400M for the women. In the 800M we got Keely Hodgkinson, I don’t need to say too much about her and what she will bring. We also got her training partner Georgia Hunter Bell who I tip to win the 1500M title. I don’t mean to sound arrogant but I genuinely believe Great Britain are currently on top in Europe. They look set the apply Belt to behind in Birmingham. What’s your thoughts ?
