Biggest goal for Lucy was to lose fat and gain muscle...fair to say she absolutely smashed that 😍 👏

Lucy started off with 4 days in the gym and has recently reduced to 3 days whilst she focuses on her half marathon in October!

Not every week was 4 days in the gym.

There were drinks and meals out.

But ultimately she ditched the *all or nothing mindset* and that's why she has got these results.

Not through perfection, but through persistence!

The ladies I coach still go out for meals, enjoy holidays, have a takeaway, and celebrate birthdays.

Stop having carbs on their own will ya!!!

If you're wondering why you're always hungry, never satisfied or achey, check yourself.

Listen, I get it. Sometimes it's all you can think of and the thoughts of protein is just not the one.

Particularly that 1 week of the month when you're hormonal.

All you can think of is a big phat bag of chips or a pizza solo. Not a protein in sight. You're normal girl.

Howeverrrr, next time you're ravenous and feeling tasty, try the above combo ☝️ It's actually delicious.

You could swap the tuna out for:

>> Chicken
>> Mince
>> Quorn
>> Beef

You get the drift.

Trust me, this combo will help you actually feel full!

And P.S - you could do the airfryer/baked sweet potato/white potato chips with the same combo!
