What an amazing experience to travel around some of the Canadian rockies with my family. Seeing some incredible scenery and to see the animals in their natural habitat, happy and roaming was unreal. Special times and memories 🫶🏻🇨🇦🍁

Here is our very own Spider-Man showing you how to make fresh ginger shots / ginger tea.
1. 500g of ginger
2. Cut up and add to a mixer
3. Add 200ml of water
4. Blend
5. 2 lemons in squeezer
6. Add the lemon juice to the ginger
7. Add a pinch of tumeric & black pepper.
8. Mix altogether to get your ginger shots/tea.
