The GS 4N1 v2 combo features our latest new & improved Leg Extension and Leg Curl pin loaded weight stack now with the additional features of a Prone Curl & Hip Thrust variation.

The pin selector allows for ease of weight adjustment paired with all aluminium pulley wheels throughout for that smooth range of motion.

The GS 4N1 v2 machine has been designed in keeping with our specifications of Power Racks & Multi Functional Trainers with the frame, manufactured from 75mm x 75mm box section.

The Leg Combo has a fully adjustable leg pad, leg roller and back rest so you lock in that comfortable setup for any size user.

The combination of the ergonomic design & the adjustable angled seat engages muscle activation when training seated leg curls, extensions, prone curls & hip thrusts.

We recently installed our Volare multifunctional trainer for a home gym client in Nantwich, Cheshire.

Our client chose the half rack model to maximise the space available in their garage gym with its short footprint. They upgraded the weight stacks to 120kg & the new & improved V2 Kardo arms for versatility on cable exercises.

The Volare range has dual adjustable pulleys to the front uprights, a central high lat pulldown & also a low row located centrally at the rear of the rack.

| Gym Stoic | Kardo Arms |

We were in London yesterday to deliver & install a pair of our multifunctional Kardo Arms for a client on their existing multifunctional trainer in their garden room home gym!

A slightly bigger job than planned due to there not being enough clearance above the rack to swap out the original trolleys, however the work around of removing the front uprights without completely dismantling the rack always saves the day.

Our client now has all the bases covered with his multifunctional trainer & a large selection of rack attachments & accessories. Another great example of what can be achieved in a compact space.

And yes, our client is a gym equipment addict like the rest of us!

We visited the team over at Improved U Fitness today over in Huddersfield to check out the recent expansion & their B***y Builder plate loaded Hip Thrust that we supplied a short while ago as a authorised dealer!

The expansion has seen the floor space treble in size with a plethora of quality equipment from the leading manufacturers providing their members & community with an amazing facility to train & socialise.

Gym Stoic | Cable Box Squat |

A repeat client of ours reached out to us earlier in the year with a potential request for us to commission a cable box squat that he could pair with his Seneca wall mounted DAP that he purchased from us.

Our client was struggling to find a solution in the U.K. & could only find a product overseas that would have cost over £800 to ship over with all associated fees.

After consulting with our client to assess his needs & requirements with his rehabilitation, which included advise from his medical professionals, the aim was to provide a rack attachment solution to eliminate a front or rear barbell squat to remove any potential stress or injury to the neck & upper back.

The simple yet effective cable box squat we commissioned, along with a bespoke quick release squat belt negates the potential issues with regards the neck & upper back by safely anchoring the load evenly around the waist.

We also included a spreader bar for further down the line when strength & conditioning increase, so that our client can engage both weight stacks & pulleys to lift a heavier weight. This also comes in handy for other exercises & also other dual adjustable pulley equipment.

This setup also provides a space saving solution for home gym enthusiasts where space is at a premium & the installation of a stand alone plate loaded belt squat is not feasible.

We recently visited ex professional boxer Kevin Mitchell at Mitchell’s Boxing Gym in Upminster to install two of our Plato 3 in 1 Multifunctional Trainers for Kevin’s new gym which will be opening on the 28th June!

A new chapter for a building steeped with history being an old plane hanger at Damyns Hall Aerodrome & also for Kevin & his amateur & professional boxers under his guidance at their new home!

A huge transformation from when I first visited a number of months ago by Kevin & his team. Proud to play our part & support further growth in the future.
