RODENTS TRUMPED BY JOKERS IN PRESIDENT'S DAY 100 FIXTURE
Josh's Jokers played the ultimate practical joke when they upstaged Rohan's Rodents on the Common in the annual 100 fixture yesterday morning.
With the Rodents seemingly in control for long passages of play, the Jokers hit back at key stages to race to a five wicket win with three balls to spare.
Rohan Bhandal's 34 off 28 balls was the cornerstone of the Rodents' innings and at 113/4 with 30 balls remaining they seemed set for an impregnable total.
But then George Cole and Josh Pagnamenta conceded just 11 runs off 20 balls near the death and the complexion of the match changed.
Losing a wicket to the first ball of their innings may not have aided the Jokers' cause, but the unruffled Chris Pires steadied the ship before first Cole and then Yusef Johar launched assaults that took their team to victory.

KING KONG escaped his cage and powered Sheen U10's to a convincing 53 run win over Hampton Wick Royal at Rose Cottage today.
Ben King claimed 4-1 in two impeccable overs while the irrepressible Karthar Dhothar chipped in with 3-7 as Sheen limited the opposition to 263. Later Dhothar thrashed 28 off 13 balls to cement an excellent win.
HWR U10's 123-12 (Nett 263) (Dhothar 3-7, King 4-1, Yash Agrawal 2-6, Will Hancock 1-6, Rasmus Smith 1-15, Sam Sandadi 1-11) LOST TO SHEEN U10's 166-8 (Nett 326) (Gus Siviraj 20*, Ethan Tapper 11, Nathan Ivison 21, Dhothar 28*) BY 53 RUNS.

A stand of 172 between Josh Pagnamenta and Rohan Bhandal powered Sheen to the Middlesex U14 B League title - and confirmed promotion back to Division 1 next season - in the clash with Hampton Wick Royal last night.
Pagnamenta struck 12 fours and a six in his 56 ball innings, while Bhandal played the supporting role with 57 off 59 balls.
A target of 191 was too much for HWR whose chase was snuffed out by Danny Hart's compelling early spell.
SHEEN U14's 190-1 (Pagnamenta 85*, Bhandal 57*) BEAT HWR 156-5 (Bhandal 1-22, Hart 3-23, Jack Bailey 1-19) BY 34 RUNS.

Harry Thornton and Gilby Richards combined to sweep aside Barnes U13's at Sheen last night and but for an extraordinary set of circumstances, win their U13 league.
Thornton claimed four wickets and Richards three as Barnes slumped to 97 all out.
After losing two early wickets themselves, Zach Dias and Thornton combined added 72 in nine overs to see Sheen home with four overs to spare.
BARNES U13's 97 (Harry Thornton 4-11, Finley Ledger 1-7, Gilby Richards 3-4, Jack Bailey 1-23) LOST TO SHEEN U13's 99-3 (Dias 30* Thornton 27) BY SEVEN WICKETS.

Teddington had no answer to a fine all round display from Sheen U11's, at Teddington, on Wednesday evening.
After limiting their opponents to 75 all out Sheen romped home with seven wickets and four overs to spare.
TEDDINGTON U11's 75 (Arthur Goodsir 2-13, Gus Siviraj 1-9, Rufus Hall 3-19, Ben King 2-4) LOST TO SHEEN U11's 79-3 (Siviraj 25) BY SEVEN WICKETS. PIC: DANNY HALL

A SUMPTUOUS innings of 95 from Rohan Bhandal, off just 57 balls (12 fours two sixes) propelled Sheen U15's to a comfortable win over Kew, on Kew Green, this week.
Jack Bailey weighed in with 3-23 to limit the hosts' chase.
SHEEN U15's 193-3 (Bhandal 95*, Ban Bainbridge 31, Bailey 21*) BEAT KEW U15's 126-7 (Bhandal 1-20, Bailey 3-23, Harry Thornton 1-0, George Cole 1-6, Toby Stradling 1-6) BY 58 RUNS.

The U12's kept in contention for the Surrey League title with a 41 run win over Walton-on-Thames.
After being put in and losing Hayes-Watson and Bailey cheaply, Gilby Richards and Oscar Garton re-built with a stand of 75 before the middle order pushed the side on to a competitive 140.
Walton were never in contention, the run-rate always climbing in the face of some accurate Sheen bowling, Richards claiming 2-14.
SHEEN U12's 140-5 (Richards 38, Garton 30, Musa Zaheer 21*, Wilfred Pitchford 17, Jake Pinkster 10*) BEAT WALTON-ON-THAMES U12's 99-7 (Yusuf Johar 1-6, Richards 2-14, Jack Bailey 1-12, Toby Hayes-Watson 1-8, Pitchford 1-16, Zaheer 1-5) BY 41 RUNS.

A NEVER-SAY-DIE U14's fought back to win a game that seemed well beyond them at Teddington last night in the quarter finals of the Area Cup.
Setting their opponents 139 for victory, they seemed down and out as the hosts cruised to 89-0 after 13 overs.
But mandatory retirements exposed the Teddington middle order and eight wickets fell for just 33 runs with Harry Dixon, Josh Pagnamenta, Harry Thornton and Danny Hart spinning Sheen to victory.
SHEEN U14's 138-5 (Pagmanenta 18, Gilby Richards 31*, Rohan Bhandal 10, George Cole 26, Rayaan Patel 31*) BEAT TEDDINGTON U14's 122-8 (Hart 1-13, Thornton 1-26, Pagnamenta 3-20, Dixon 2-9) BY 16 RUNS.

Another chase - another test - and George Cole's unbeaten half century, well supported by Gilby Richards, took the U13's over the line with two overs to spare against Twickenham!
TWICKENHAM U13's 145-7 (Richards 3-13, Cole 1-27, Bailey 2-23) LOST TO SHEEN U13's 148-6 (Oscar Garton 15, Cole 50*, Richards 25*) BY FOUR WICKETS.
