We had a beautiful group this year Waking Dreams Celebrating the sun’s life giving gift. As well as celebrating each other and our accomplishments. It was hot. It was emotional. It was spiritual. It was our intention to just be.

Thank you to the beautiful souls that came this year. May the sun within you continue to shine brightly for all to see and feel. Great job everyone!!

We’ve made to the half way mark between winter and spring. And the earth is beginning to stir. The signs of our upcoming spring is starting to show here in London. And isn’t it glorious to see even with all these grey clouds and rain?!

I lead a beautiful Yin & Reiki Workshop on Sunday, Frost to Flame, during the Cancerian full moon. Thank you to all of you that came! 💕
