Thursday:
Dynamic Yoga 12.30-13.30
Vinyasa Flow 18.30-19.30
Yin & Reiki 19.45-21.00

Friday:
Yin & Reiki 18.45-20.00

Happy Summer Solstice everyone!! ☀️

We had a beautiful group this year Waking Dreams Celebrating the sun’s life giving gift. As well as celebrating each other and our accomplishments. It was hot. It was emotional. It was spiritual. It was our intention to just be.

Thank you to the beautiful souls that came this year. May the sun within you continue to shine brightly for all to see and feel. Great job everyone!!

What a wonderful weekend away for my birthday with !! Never been to Margate before but we found some great places to eat and fun things to do…even with Steve’s broken leg 🤪 Walks on the beach with Dinners .margate and a visit to the and amazing pastries and coffee from And finally a delicious massage . Thank you 💕
